The questions merchants ask.

Will it slow down my storefront?

No. The widget is a few kilobytes of plain JavaScript with no framework. Every call fails silently — if anything goes wrong, the section simply doesn't render.

What data does Recngin access?

Two read-only scopes: products and orders. No write access to your store, no customer PII beyond what attribution requires.

My store is new — is there enough data?

Yes. Until your order history carries enough signal, Recngin serves collection-based recommendations, then switches to affinity data as it accumulates.

How is revenue attributed?

Each impression, click and add-to-cart is logged per recommendation. Orders are matched back, so the dashboard shows earned revenue per bundle — not vanity metrics.
